I wanted to tell you what an amazing job you and your staff did at my daughter, Sarah’s, wedding. My family traveled from across the world to be there and the one consistent comment was about the wonderful wedding food. Usually, wedding dinners are not memorable (or even tasty sometimes!) but your recipes made the entire meal a standout. When Nick and Sarah said how impressed they were with their food choices, I can understand why!

I also want to thank you for the service that you provided. The servers were nearly invisible and always helpful and courteous when needed. You and your employees made everything seamless from the beginning to the end of the evening. Also, I greatly appreciated how the leftovers were packaged and organized too. I can assure you that none of that delicious food went to waste!

Sarah has told me that you are opening up a restaurant or storefront in the Pittsburgh area. We wish you well and are greatly relieved that we now have a continued source for your wonderful creations! I know Sarah and Nick intend to stock up whenever they pass through!
